The Shopping Genie... good or bad?

So my sister got me signed up for this Shopping genie Application, which is really quite cool in a way. Whenever you go to any major search engines the shopping genie pops up at the bottom of the page and asks if you if you want the best deals, on whatever it is your looking for. Perfect because that's why I use the Internet, to compare prices and get sweet deals on eBay. Now that part is all FREE to any user you just have to download it on your computer like any other tool bar and BAM you have the program... Now what is also interesting about this new application is that you can become a distributor and actually make money off of people using the genie... called pay-per-click and commission..., its all through affiliated programs kind of like what e-bay does when you become an affiliate with them and promote their eBay logo on your website, and direct traffic to e-bay. And if the person you directed to e-bay buys something... you get a commission because you directed that person to the site... etc etc... lots of Internet retailers (as I call them aka stores) have free money to be made by anyone.

So the only catch with the whole or-deal is that you have to tell people about the genie and get them to start using the genie. Which in turn might be the next hot topic coming up.. in canada for there is nothing really like this... I spend alot of time going through different retailers sites over and over again looking for the best deal when this just does it for you. So its not too bad of a program.

Lots of people that I talk to don't know a thing about it... but the more I talk about free money to be made on the internet.. as a second income they get excited and want to join in on the expanding business.
